What are the terms of the Return Policy?
We will accept Return of an Item only if the following conditions are met:
- Return request should be initiated within 7 days of delivery of the Item
- The tags and labels on the item should be intact
- The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition; and
- The Product is returned along with the original packaging;
- Don't accept the items in case the product packaging has tampered during the course of delivery.
Please be informed that the Returns are not acceptable for any request that does not meet the aforementioned criteria.
How do I create a Return Request?
- E-mail us on our customer care ID at email@example.com along with your complete order details and issues.
- Attach & send us the Video/ Videos of the products, packaging slip, and packaging bag that you have received along with your return mail.
- Our team will revert you within 48 hours with a pickup request via e-mail.
- Hand over the product(s) to the pickup boy and make sure that the package is completely packed.
- We will arrange the pick up of the products only once. If you are not available at the time of pick up then you will have to courier the package back to us.
How long will the return process take?
Once you request a return, we will generate a reverse pick-up request from your address.
This Reverse Pickup facility is only available for pin codes supported for Reverse pick-up by our courier partners.
You will need to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pick-up. We will issue Feranoid Reward Points for your return after it reaches our office and the products are verified and the internal quality check is completed.
This process will take at least 10-12 working days from the date of raising the return request.
What if my Pincode is not supported for Reverse Pickup?
- If pickup is not serviceable at your Pincode, You are requested to self-ship the product/products. Also, kindly have a word with our customer care executive before sending the products back to us via self-shipment or speed post. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Average shipping charge of Rs 70 will be credited into your Feranoid account as Reward Points.

How will I get my refund?
- Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
- In the case of COD Order, the refund will be credited to Feranoid Wallet as reward points within 48 hours of quality check.
- In the case of a prepaid order, the refund will be credited to the source payment method within 4 working days of quality check.
What are Feranoid credits?
- Feranoid Credits are store credits that can be utilized to make purchases on our website. You can view your available credits in your wallet here.
1 Credit is the equivalent of Rs. 1.00 while making a purchase and can be utilized during the checkout process.
- Feranoid Credits are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to any other Feranoid account or be converted to Indian currency and transferred to your bank account.
- Feranoid Credits are solely the equivalent of store credit on www.feranoid.com and should not be confused with any sort of banking or financial services.
Can I return some products out of a larger order?
- Yes, you can return a part of an order, but any discounts, coupons, or combo offers applied to your order will not be considered when processing these returns.
What products cannot be returned as per Feranoid's Return Policy?
Phone cases, Coffee Mugs, DTG T-shirts, Posters, and notebooks are Print-on-demand products. These are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept returns for these products.
We do not accept Returns for Boxer Shorts in the interest of hygiene.

Can I cancel my order before it is shipped out?
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our office. All orders are usually processed by 11 AM every working day. Orders containing DTG T-shirts, Posters, Mobile Covers, Coffee Mugs, and notebooks can not be canceled once these products have been manufactured as they are printed on demand.

Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?
Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your orders in the next 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders can be canceled by sending an email along with your Order Id to firstname.lastname@example.org from your registered email address.
In case your order is prepaid, your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account within 10 days depending on the policy of your Bank. You will be notified about the cancellation of your order via email.
