-Customers can return/exchange their order within 10 days after an order has been delivered.
-For all exchanges and returns please email our customer care executive at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your complete order details and issues.
-Attach & send us the Video/ Videos of the products, packaging slip, and packaging bag that you have received along with you return/exchange mail.
If pickup is serviceable at your Pincode then we will schedule a pickup request.
Mail us your order details on email@example.com and our team will revert you with pickup request via mail.
Hand over the product(s) to the pickup boy and make sure that the package is completely packed.
We will arrange the pick up of the products only once. If you are not available at the time of pick up then you will have to courier the package back to us.
If pickup is not serviceable at your Pincode, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us.
-After having a word with our customer care executive, then only send the product(s) via speed post.
Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below:
-Once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be credited back to your BANK ACCOUNT within 15 days. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable
Please note-We will accept Return or Exchanges of an Item only if the following conditions are met:
Return or size exchange should be initiated within 10 days of delivery of the Item;
The tags and labels on the item should be intact;
The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition; and
The Product is returned along with the original packaging.
Please be informed that the Returns or Exchanges are not acceptable for any request that does not meet the aforementioned criteria.
Further, Please do not accept the items in case the product packaging has tampered during the course of delivery.
CANCELATION OF ORDER
You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id to firstname.lastname@example.org from your registered email address. Our Customer Service Executives will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.
After confirmation of the cancellation request, Your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you had made the order within 4 to 7 days depends on the policy of your Bank. You will be notified about the cancellation of your order via email.
