On shipping of your order, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number from us stating the tracking number and other details. You can track your order on the website of our courier partner with that tracking number.
For the items that are physically damaged or defective, you simply have to write us an email on email@example.com containing the order number with the photos of damaged product/ products.
If you have received the wrong product, kindly create a
detailed video while opening the package. The video should
contain the packaging bag, packaging label, and the product(s) that you have received.
